RecallRex collects clinic contact details, submitted workflow notes, basic device metadata, and marketing attribution data so we can respond to demo requests, understand demand, and operate the service safely.

We do not sell personal information. We retain submitted lead data for sales follow-up, customer support, fraud prevention, and operational recordkeeping. If you need a copy or deletion request, email privacy@recallrex.app.

This site always uses a short-lived request tracing cookie for support diagnostics. Optional analytics and UTM attribution cookies are used only after you accept them through the cookie settings controls.
